RAXTERMINATER: VICIOUS EDITION RVE1.1

This update adds a much needed pause menu with an integrated "RATZ KILLED" display. It also fixes some minor bugs that slipped past the launch window, such as the classic "BOUNCY GRANNY NO SPIN" and the less reputable "RAT-E-RASER IN THE FLOOR."

Graphics-Lo and Graphics-Hi buttons have replace the "BAD RAT NOISE" and "GOOD RAT NOISE" respectively.

Watch out, RVE 1.1 is even more VICIOUS than before!!!
